Supports Special Assets Lending Officers in managing high-risk commercial loan portfolios. Analyzes borrower and guarantor financial statements, tax returns, collateral, credit reports, and other documentation; identifies risks and prepares credit analyses and reporting. Conducts borrower, guarantor, and collateral research, supports asset resolution strategies, contacts customers for required information, and provides departmental administrative and workflow coordination support.

Leads a team supporting private banking deposit and loan services for affluent clients. Oversees recruiting, coaching, scheduling, performance management, workflow and process controls, transaction approvals, client correspondence, loan tracking, online banking forms, wires, overdrafts, and escalated client concerns. Requires strong banking operations knowledge, client service, leadership, communication, organization, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Analyzes and improves business processes, maps workflows, translates requirements into future-state solutions, and builds workflow applications using Decisions, RPA, and other automation tools. Collaborates with business and technical stakeholders through design, testing, UAT, training, and implementation. Coordinates multiple initiatives, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications while supporting process automation and continuous improvement.
