Designs, implements, and supports enterprise network infrastructure across data centers, campuses, and remote locations. Manages Cisco routing and switching, Fortinet firewalls and SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust networking, cloud connectivity, and VXLAN/EVPN data center fabrics. Troubleshoots complex network issues, supports incident response, documents architectures, evaluates technologies, and collaborates with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams. Provides on-call support in an on-site, regulated banking environment.

Build, configure, test, and refine no-code generative AI agents and automated workflows for business use cases. Translate stakeholder needs into agent instructions, workflow logic, requirements, and success criteria. Gather feedback, validate outputs, improve solution performance, and help business teams adopt AI responsibly. The role requires strong communication, technical aptitude, process improvement skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a regulated environment.

Monitors and maintains enterprise server, storage, data protection, and virtualization systems. Installs and configures VMware and Windows Server environments, administers Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related infrastructure, and supports enterprise data protection solutions. Participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation, communicates with technical and business users, and works on-site in Oklahoma City. Cloud, Nutanix, OpenShift, service desk, and banking experience are preferred.
