The role requires strong research, communication, judgment, confidentiality, and travel for testimony.

Supports mortgage servicing transfer transactions from onboarding through closing and post-closing. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing legal documents, maintaining transaction checklists, coordinating closings and stakeholder meetings, tracking counterparty issues, communicating transfer instructions, supporting reporting workflows, reviewing servicer claims, and advising business units on contract interpretation. The role operates under supervision in a fast-paced environment involving varied and complex transaction management duties.
