These resources include: MyPath, an internal forum in which employees identify compelling projects or seek to learn technologies; Pluralsight, an external resource which aids technologists in upskilling; Women in Tech, an internal community which strives to provide networking for the next generation of women leaders in tech; and the MetLife Sponsor program, which provided Sail with the opportunity to attend the Dale Carnegie Training Program. “This world-famous course gave me confidence to gain the command I needed both in my work as a technologist and my personal life,” she said.
