I quickly realized that we at MetLife aren’t just talking about diversity and inclusion. This is the first time in my career where I’ve looked around a room and been pleased to see such diverse representation at the table.

I feel educated, included and get to learn a lot about these other cultures because of these groups and events

We have people from around the globe working within our departments and projects. It’s exciting to hear about their experiences and their cultural backgrounds.

I remember looking around and seeing people of diverse backgrounds at MetLife, and that excited me. I wanted to be here.
