Maintain and quality-assure solution and customer technical documentation, execute standard order and approval processes, create and validate POs and local material definitions, support costing/pricing and contract technical reviews, manage change orders and SAP S-Plan milestone confirmations, and keep the CSE case library and lessons-learned documentation up to date.
