Provides back-office sales support, including tenders, orders, customer inquiries, CRM and SAP data maintenance, lead assignment, design approvals, invoicing, overdue payment tracking, reporting, office administration, and organizing customer visits and events.

Supports the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa Regional Leadership Team through complex diary, event, and travel management. Coordinates stakeholder engagement and leadership meetings, prepares briefs, minutes, and presentations, manages communications, transcribes and proofreads documents, and maintains confidential records. Leads end-to-end logistics operations for materials and installation tools, including inventory, warehousing, customs clearance, transportation, distribution, and supplier coordination. Monitors KPIs, SLAs, costs, shipments, and inventory accuracy; manages logistics providers, compliance, reporting dashboards, safety programs, and corrective actions. Supports budget reviews, invoice reconciliation, stock replenishment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Design and optimize finance data products on Databricks (bronze-to-gold) by translating business needs into data pipelines and models, improving data quality, cataloging products, supporting incidents, and guiding engineering and stakeholders on architecture and consumption.

Analyzes customer technical requirements, selects and designs mechanical solutions, and creates AutoCAD drawings and engineering outputs. Considers safety, standards, installability, maintainability, manufacturability, sustainability, and cost. Leads quality improvement initiatives within KONE’s India Supply Unit. Responsibilities include setting quality targets, analyzing customer feedback and cost of poor quality, managing corrective and preventive actions, conducting audits, maintaining ISO-aligned quality systems, reducing quality-related losses, supporting Lean Six Sigma programs, and developing quality competencies. The role collaborates with global and local teams across operations, engineering, production, sourcing, and service.

Leads quality initiatives for KONE’s India Supply Unit, promoting quality culture, setting targets, analyzing customer feedback and quality costs, managing audits and corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement. The role supports ISO-based quality systems, Lean Six Sigma programs, quality reporting, training, and cross-functional improvement projects across manufacturing and operational teams.

Lead KONE Business Services’ quality, audit, compliance, and continuous improvement agendas. Own organization-wide Lean and quality initiatives, enable waste reduction and process optimization, govern internal controls, educate employees on Six Sigma and quality principles, and coordinate internal and external audits through action closure. The role requires leading transformation, managing teams and stakeholders globally, using data, automation, and AI, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.

Leads the design, validation, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes. Drives automation projects, line layout, feasibility studies, cycle-time optimization, cost reduction, lean and digital manufacturing initiatives. Manages CAPEX and OPEX budgets, process documentation, APQP activities, factory productivity, and MES-related processes while collaborating with engineering, production, and quality teams.

Provides technical expertise for complex elevator modernization opportunities across North America. Develops modernization solutions, supports tendering and technical proposals, recommends value engineering alternatives, reviews specifications and equipment conditions, manages technical documentation and booking processes, and coordinates with engineering, sourcing, sales, customers, consultants, and contractors. Advises on modernization methods, installation practices, labor, equipment applications, codes, and technical challenges while supporting project handoffs and implementation planning.

Supports KANZ sales tools, pricing releases, configurations, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and frontline communications. Maintains Power BI dashboards and Power Apps, including data refreshes, query fixes, workspace access, row-level security, and connected data sources. Coordinates with global teams through Jira, validates pricing and reporting accuracy, documents known issues, and supports month-end activities across Australia and New Zealand.

Provides HR administration support, including employee records, HR mailbox queries, onboarding checks, leaver documentation, contract changes, absence data, invoices, reports, payroll reconciliations, visa tracking, and employee benefits administration. Maintains Workday data and intranet content while supporting HR Business Partners and handling confidential information.
