Solution Design Owner, Sales Documents
We are looking for Solution Design Owner for Sales Documents. The documents area covers sales documents such as tenders, contracts and sales letters for all KONE business lines as well as our factory process related documents globally. You are an expert in sales documents and would own the solution design for sales documents in KONE Enterprise IT. We work in close collaboration with all the business lines, marketing and our sales offices as well as factories globally. Business lines cover maintenance, modernization, repair and new equipment businesses including the new digital products.
Your main responsibility will be to own the solution design and create concepts and functional specification for the sales documents. You are working closely together with the global business process owners and representatives in your solution area.
Main responsibilities
- Own the solution design for sales documents
- Turn business requirements to functional concept, design and specification
- Manage design, development, testing, user acceptance testing and overall quality to final solution
- Work together with the diverse and agile team of professionals including external vendors
- Work in close collaboration with the stakeholders from several business lines to influence, collect, prioritize and manage business demand
- Understand the sales document data in detail and interdependencies with other integrated solutions
- Work with data and application architectural and configuration compliance with other team members
- Facilitate agile ways of working and plan, bring clarity and manage efficiently & transparently the backlog
- Contribute to solution long term planning
- Manage active key user community and feedback loop
- Contribute on analysis as input for development, to enable continuous improvement
- Contribute in development projects in the solution area
To be successful in this role you have
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT / Business Administration
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in working with IT development incl. IT processes, tools, technologies, data models and integrations with end-end understanding is a must
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT configurator, sales, tendering and ordering solutions is a must
- Experience in Opentext Exstream is considered an advantage
- Experience in Salesforce CRM is considered an advantage
- MS Office Advanced and Photoshop skills
- Experience in IT governance and financial management
- Basic business process modelling skills
- Experience in applying and facilitating agile ways of working in global environment with several business lines and stakeholders
- Enjoy quickly changing and agile environment with ability to create structure, clarity and results in transparent way
- Strong willingness to drive items and continuous improvement forward with friendly and respectful ways of working
- Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills supporting good relationship building with business stakeholders and peers
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Experience in working in international environment with stakeholders and teams distributed globally
- Able to embrace and promote cultural diversity and inclusion respectfully across own team and organization
- Fluent communicator in English
