We are currently seeking Data Steward Lead (Sell to Cash) . Through leading your teams, you ensure business value for KONE through the effective delivery and transformation of business operations across the Sell to Cash process. You will turn ideas into action and have perseverance in making plans happen. Engaging and influencing with international senior stakeholders, and the KBS leadership team in a matrix organisation, driving and shaping LEAN processes.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Act as a change catalist in managing data in KBS and KONE (Equipment Data, Functional Location Data, Customer Data)
  • Manage the effective delivery on business improvements, priorities and objectives 
  • Manages, coaches and develops the team (aprox. 5-10 senior team members)
  • Ensure both business and division stakeholders are appropriately and timely managed
  • Managing the continuous improvement in quality and efficiency in data processes 
  • Ensuring the highest level of business outcomes for the respective customers, area and KONE 
  • Managing in line with agreed governance structures 

What would you need to be successful in this role? 

  • Strong leadership / management experience 
  • Experience in international matrix organization, SSC would be a plus 
  • Ability to build strong and effective relationship with Senior Leaders
  • Experience in process change or development, driving GBS maturity. 
  • Experience in Data Management Governance
  • Working experience within Sell to Cash operations (master data / order / contract / billing / finance) would be an advantage 
  • Customer and Business oriented approach 
  • Strong ambition to make an impact and grow with the organization 
  • Strategic thinking 
  • University degree (preferably in Business Administration) 
  • Very good spoken and written command of English language
