The role also involves using AI tools to improve creative workflows and visual output while maintaining strong aesthetics, detail, pacing, and visual storytelling.

Manage and grow national and regional modern trade accounts, driving sell-in and sell-out targets, negotiating listings and shelf space, executing promotions, ensuring product availability, coordinating distributors and visual merchandising teams, and reporting business performance. The role also develops buyer relationships, identifies expansion opportunities, and collaborates with Marketing on account-specific campaigns.

Creates AI-generated videos, Reels, UGC-style content, product creatives, and advertising assets for social and performance marketing. Develops concepts, scripts, hooks, visuals, and creative variations; edits AI-generated footage into publish-ready content; experiments with emerging AI tools; and maintains brand consistency and product accuracy while collaborating with marketing, social media, content, and design teams.

Supports day-to-day legal operations, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, reviewing legal documents, identifying risks, coordinating disputes and external counsel, managing intellectual property and regulatory matters, conducting legal research, and preparing legal reports. The role also maintains contract repositories, supports audits and due diligence, and advises internal stakeholders on Indian legal and contractual requirements.

Manages and supports IT infrastructure, end-user systems, accounts, hardware, software, networks, backups, and security tools. Provides first-line troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across office and remote locations. Manage and customize Zoho CRM, including data, modules, workflows, blueprints, automation, integrations, reports, and dashboards. Develop Deluge functions and scripts, support APIs and webhooks, maintain data hygiene, troubleshoot CRM issues, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to improve CRM processes.

Manages category performance, promotional planning, and execution across Modern Trade accounts. Tracks sell-out data, dashboards, competitor activity, promotion ROI, store coverage, and SKU performance. Coordinates with KAMs, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and chain buyers to execute promotions, support launches, prepare category reports, and drive sales and profitable growth.

Manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, utilities, procurement, vendors, inventory, assets, access cards, workplace services, and internal events. Maintain records, invoices, contracts, trackers, and reports while supporting safety and compliance. The role also identifies process improvements, controls costs, and enhances workplace efficiency.

Supports senior leadership with email and calendar management, meeting coordination, stakeholder communication, research, reporting, presentations, documentation, project tracking, and day-to-day operational tasks. The role uses AI tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software while providing exposure to business strategy, leadership, and decision-making. Training, mentorship, and performance-based incentives are offered during the training period.

Drives D2C alliances and partnerships to support customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth. Identifies opportunities across marketplaces, pharmacy chains, FMCG, wellness, agencies, and affiliate channels; manages stakeholder relationships; negotiates commercial terms; coordinates co-branded campaigns; tracks sales contribution and ROI; and collaborates with marketing, e-commerce, sales, and operations teams.

Lead skincare and wellness product development from market research and concept creation through formulation, packaging, testing, compliance, costing, and commercial launch. Coordinate formulators, manufacturers, vendors, design, marketing, and performance teams while managing timelines, documentation, product claims, ingredient positioning, and multiple concurrent launches.

Lead end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, HR business partnering, employee lifecycle operations, engagement, performance management, compliance, reporting, and HR team leadership. Partner with organizational leaders to address people matters, develop policies and processes, improve retention and culture, and provide workforce insights in a fast-paced growth environment.

Manages store-level execution across assigned retail chains through frequent store visits, stock monitoring, relationship building, sales tracking, replenishment coordination, visual merchandising, product launches, and reporting. The role ensures product availability, shelf visibility, timely distributor fulfillment, and strong store performance while supporting the Key Account Manager with chain-level sales insights.

Develop and execute growth strategies across D2C and marketplace channels. Drive customer acquisition through paid campaigns, optimize e-commerce funnels, manage marketplace pricing and promotions, run CRO experiments, analyze growth KPIs, and improve retention through CRM tools. Coordinate with design, technology, operations, influencers, affiliates, content partners, and external agencies to scale online revenue.

Coordinate skincare product development and improvement projects, including reformulations, testing, packaging updates, artwork, vendor follow-ups, sample approvals, and documentation. Partner with R&D, regulatory, procurement, production, marketing, quality, and packaging teams to track timelines and ensure compliant execution. Support competitor benchmarking, product enhancements, and maintenance of development reports and product records.

Support the CEO by managing calendars, communications, travel, meetings, confidential records, and executive priorities. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track deliverables, prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, agendas, minutes, and briefing materials. Conduct market and competitor research using AI tools, assist with business planning and operational reviews, coordinate board and leadership meetings, and drive special projects and process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, analytical ability, and independent execution in a fast-paced environment.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, affiliates, and marketplaces. Manage budgets, bidding, pacing, funnels, retargeting, and ROAS-driven performance. Partner with creative and brand teams, run A/B tests, analyze campaign data, and improve CAC, ROAS, retention, and repeat purchases through experimentation and emerging performance channels.

Own the end-to-end direct-to-consumer growth engine, including revenue, P&L, performance marketing, retention, funnel optimization, CRM automation, CRO, partnerships, and growth strategy. Manage CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, repeat rate, Meta and Google campaigns, influencer marketing, remarketing, creator partnerships, affiliates, and communities while building scalable processes with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Drive adoption of a B2B ordering app among retailers and distributors by increasing downloads, registrations, and active usage. Conduct product demonstrations, onboard business customers, execute promotional campaigns with sales, monitor app performance and engagement, provide customer feedback, and build relationships with channel partners to encourage recurring usage.

Manage and expand Dermatouch’s offline sales network across Gujarat through distributor, retailer, and key-account relationships. Drive primary and secondary sales, execute in-store promotions, oversee merchandising and product availability, onboard retail outlets, monitor inventory and fulfillment, analyze market and competitor trends, maintain sales and visit reports, and coordinate with supply, marketing, and merchandising teams. Extensive travel across Ahmedabad and nearby Gujarat cities is required.
