Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including AP/AR, reconciliations, financial close, statutory tax filings, MIS reporting, budgeting analysis, audits, invoicing, payments, internal controls, collections, and working-capital optimization. Manage accountants and external consultants while collaborating with sales, operations, and procurement teams to ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and proactive financial risk management.

Supports senior leadership with email and calendar management, meeting coordination, stakeholder communication, research, reporting, presentations, documentation, project tracking, and day-to-day operational tasks. The role uses AI tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software while providing exposure to business strategy, leadership, and decision-making. Training, mentorship, and performance-based incentives are offered during the training period.

Sources raw materials and packaging, develops and manages supplier relationships, negotiates pricing, manages purchase orders, tracks inventory, controls costs, and ensures purchased materials meet quality and regulatory standards. The role also supports timely delivery, supplier compliance, stock optimization, and procurement process improvement.
