Leads the Customer Experience team, analyzes feedback across multiple channels, monitors CX metrics and sentiment, manages communities and advocacy programs, handles escalations, develops SOPs, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve satisfaction, retention, and customer-driven product outcomes.

Leads a team of 4–5 social media professionals and oversees end-to-end content operations, quality control, approvals, brand alignment, campaign delivery, and cross-functional coordination. The role provides feedback, monitors team performance, reviews creative content, and partners with marketing leadership to execute social media strategies.

Oversee end-to-end logistics, warehouse, inventory, shipping, reverse logistics, and 3PL operations. Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, couriers, production, and procurement teams to optimize fulfillment and inventory flow. Manage 3PL onboarding and contracts, track logistics KPIs, implement cost savings, maintain ERP records, and ensure compliance with logistics documentation. The role requires 4–5 years of supply chain experience and strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
