Manages property-related capital, maintenance, landscape, and operational improvement projects from planning through closeout. Coordinates internal teams, facility managers, contractors, and vendors; tracks budgets, schedules, documentation, quality, compliance, invoices, warranties, and punch-list completion. Supports landscape standards, safety programs, field inspections, operational improvements, and capital expenditure prioritization across the property portfolio.

The role requires managing SailPoint IAM implementations, coordinating with development teams, and migrating IAM platforms to Identity IQ, utilizing strong analytical skills.

Support project managers through all project phases by managing tasks, procuring subcontractor bids, coordinating schedules with contractors/landlords/clients, documenting status in GEMS, submitting change orders and invoices, and attending mold remediation and client software training.
