Build Ficus’s core payout infrastructure from the ground up, including beneficiary onboarding, account and payout workflows, internal tools, secure backend systems, and financial integrations. Own architecture and product decisions across frontend, backend, infrastructure, APIs, data models, security, observability, and compliance readiness. Collaborate directly with founders, customers, insurers, banks, vendors, and nontechnical stakeholders while translating ambiguous regulated-finance workflows into reliable products.

It partners with manufacturing, engineering, quality, IT, supervisors, and operators to translate production needs into scalable solutions supporting KPIs such as OEE, throughput, downtime, quality, and scrap.
