Join our global Reward team and play a key role in the administration, governance, and evolution of our employee share plans worldwide. This position has a global operational remit, ensuring the seamless administration of equity programs across all regions, while acting as the primary subject matter expert for the Americas, providing guidance on local tax, payroll, legal, and regulatory considerations.

Working hand-in-hand with our Share Plans Manager, you will contribute to strengthening the team's expertise across jurisdictions and ensuring our equity programs remain compliant, competitive, and aligned with business objectives globally.

Profile:

Main Responsibilities:

Global Share Plans Administration

  • Support the end-to-end administration of global employee share plans, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient operations across all regions;
  • Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for the Americas, providing guidance on local market practices, taxation, payroll requirements, and regulatory considerations;
  • Partner with external share plan providers, HR, Payroll, Tax, Finance, and Legal teams globally to deliver a seamless employee experience;
  • Manage equity transactions, data validation, reconciliations, reporting, and operational controls;
  • Respond to employee and stakeholder queries related to equity plans, vesting events, taxation, and transactions;
  • Support communications, training initiatives, and employee education related to share plans;
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, strengthen controls, and improve operational efficiency across the global equity framework;
  • Provide regional expertise while contributing to the overall administration of the company's global share plan programs;
  • Act as a key partner to the Share Plans Manager, helping expand the team's knowledge and understanding of equity-related requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Share Plans Governance

  • Support the review, design, and enhancement of global employee share plans;
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and alignment with best practices;
  • Assess the financial, tax, accounting, and employee impact of plan design changes;
  • Develop business cases and recommendations for senior stakeholders and governance committees;
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, tax, and governance requirements, specifically in the Americas with interest in supporting compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Other

  • As part of the broader global Reward team, you will partner in Reward projects and provide support locally in compensation matters.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Preferred master’s degree in finance/accounting, MBA or similar fields.
  • Equivalent experience in a Big 4.

Experience

  • 5 - 8 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in administering share plans and/or long-term incentive programs;
  • Strong understanding of share plan administration, governance, and compliance;
  • Knowledge of the tax, payroll, legal, and regulatory landscape across the Americas, with an interest in developing expertise in additional jurisdictions;
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a high level of attention to detail;
  • Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and navigate a complex international environment;
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to become a trusted advisor on equity compensation matters.

  • Strong work ethic, including the ability to work as part of a small dynamic team;
