Provide proposal, estimated timeline, and list of documents required.

Engage a licensed lawyer or law firm to produce a jurisdiction-specific legal opinion covering incorporation and good standing, shareholding history, board composition, business compliance, assets/title issues, tax registration/status (including Hong Kong profits tax exposure), litigation/arbitration history (company and principals), and employment/labour compliance. Deliverable: signed English PDF on firm letterhead with supporting appendices.
