The Data Scientist will apply advanced statistics and machine learning to analyze data, design prediction algorithms, and collaborate with engineering for insights and improvements.

Lead measurement and insights strategies across B2B client programs. Analyze earned/social/web data, conduct secondary research, build measurement frameworks and dashboards, deliver client-facing recommendations, mentor junior staff, and advance agency analytics capabilities.

Designs, implements, maintains, secures, and optimizes database systems. Develops architectures, data models, and schemas; manages backup and recovery; troubleshoots corruption and performance issues; and collaborates with development, QA, and operations teams. The role also requires staying current with database technologies and best practices.

Analyze large healthcare datasets, build and implement quantitative models, perform statistical analyses, ensure data accuracy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide actionable insights to improve healthcare delivery.

Build and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines using Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala) and Python. Design ETL workflows, implement distributed data processing, use version control (Git), and work with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).

Lead and develop a team of four analysts while partnering with Finance, Product, and Hardware on forecasting, unit economics, device analytics, retention, and board reporting. Serve as a strategic data leader in a fast-growing Series B startup.

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models using Snowflake and other cloud sources. Collaborate with data engineers/ETL teams, gather stakeholder requirements, implement DAX and Power Query transformations, ensure data governance and performance, and deliver analytics within Agile processes.
