Owner of the analytics foundation: design and maintain BigQuery/dbt models, pipelines, and Looker Studio reporting; build AI workflows and web apps on GCP; integrate marketing, e-commerce, and fulfillment data; ensure GCP ops, security, and reliability; use AI-assisted tools daily and collaborate with business and client stakeholders.

Manage analytical service operations by overseeing a team, designing software for data mining, developing statistical models, and generating insights for marketing outcomes. Provide training and mentorship to direct reports.

Gather and document business and functional requirements, analyze processes, recommend improvements, produce BRDs/FRDs/user stories and process maps, support solution design, UAT, testing and deployment, produce reports/dashboards, monitor project progress, and support change management and stakeholder communication.

Supports client teams through advertising and marketing campaign analysis, dashboard construction, data visualization, and report building. The internship runs January 25 through April 30, 2027, requires 20–30 hours weekly, and is conducted in person at the company’s Nashville office.

Design, build, and optimize scalable cloud data pipelines and infrastructure. Maintain and refactor SQL and ETL processes, automate data workflows, ensure data quality/security, and troubleshoot complex issues. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements.

Leads analytics delivery across multiple clients, combining marketing data to evaluate performance, optimize investments, and inform growth decisions. Designs and implements advanced measurement approaches including attribution, incrementality testing, experimentation, and full-funnel measurement. Develops measurement frameworks, communicates insights to clients and senior stakeholders, partners with technical and marketing teams, supports new business, and mentors junior analysts.
