As an AI Demo Engineer, you will create demo applications to showcase AI capabilities, collaborate with sales, and enhance demo content.

Design, characterize, test, qualify, and support production of MEMS timing devices and resonators. Perform simulations, laboratory evaluations, debugging, data analysis, and root-cause investigations. Develop test software and automation, collaborate with MEMS, ASIC, fabrication, assembly, quality, and product engineering teams, and communicate technical findings and project status throughout the product lifecycle.

Supports People Operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, engagement, performance processes, HR systems, benefits, and payroll coordination. Own and maintain systems like Spark, Ray, and vector databases, partner with pre/post-training teams to improve data recipes through experimentation, and support large-scale dataset storage and processing for AI model training.

Prepares quarterly and annual GAAP and statutory financial statements, NAIC schedules, regulatory filings, account reconciliations, and journal entries. Lead analytics and data science for long-term care insurance claims: analyze healthcare and claims data, build predictive models, perform EDA, prototype solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate insights into business recommendations to improve reporting and decision-making.

Manages sales, marketing, distributor relationships, pricing, quotations, account growth, and customer service across Ohio, West Virginia, and Michigan. Troubleshoots valve and product issues, trains distributor sales teams, monitors competition, supports trade shows, and reports market conditions. Requires approximately 75% travel, strong product knowledge, industrial sales experience, negotiation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and mechanical aptitude.

Lead strategic growth across complex OEM accounts by developing long-term account plans, securing major platform wins, negotiating pricing and commercial agreements, expanding margins, and influencing portfolio strategy.
