The Business Development Manager will drive the growth strategy for HPPA in North America, focusing on market development, competitive analysis, and collaboration with customers and teams.

Provide administrative and operational support to project managers and the operations team: document business processes, create charts and reports, use project management tools, assist lead generation, perform data entry, data analysis and research, organize tasks, and communicate promptly.

Lead and optimize manufacturing systems using industrial engineering and simulation (FlexSim). Drive factory design, capacity planning, site launches, process simulation, cost modeling, and continuous improvement while coaching teams and supporting global operations.

Manage creation, implementation and validation of credit risk segmentation and origination strategies. Develop and validate statistical models, analyze complex data using SAS/R/Python, work with credit bureaus and vendors, quantify business impact, produce reports, and present recommendations to senior management while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

Lead a line of business serving financial institutions and corporate clients by developing and executing sales, relationship management, and retention strategies. Manage and coach a team of sales and relationship professionals, forecast pipeline and sales, report to senior management, negotiate contracts, partner with stakeholders to improve products and services, represent the company at industry events, and participate in budgeting and financial reviews.

Investigate customer and transactional data to identify suspicious activity, file SARs and CTRs with regulators, maintain service and quality standards, handle related inbound/outbound calls, and manage multiple workstreams according to policies and compliance requirements.

Perform heavy outbound prospecting to build B2B partnerships with real estate agents, generate leads, make 125-150 dials/day, meet lead-generation KPIs, use CRM and Microsoft Office, and drive revenue through hourly pay plus uncapped commission.

Partner with District Managers to improve enrollment, retention, and operational performance through coaching, data analysis, action plans, and field engagement. Use dashboards and reports to diagnose gaps, recommend high-impact actions, track coaching outcomes, and support turnaround or growth initiatives while liaising with central support teams.

Design, implement, and manage training and onboarding programs across assigned sites. Lead up to 8 Learning Experience Leaders, evaluate trainer performance, set KPIs, develop curricula and certifications, coordinate with Recruiting and Operations, maintain training records, improve methodologies, and ensure occupational health and safety training. Manage schedules, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support HR operations including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, compliance with local law, HR reporting, special projects, survey administration, payroll assistance, and policy updates to maintain a positive workplace.

Manage and retain a book of smaller commercial and industrial customers by making outbound/inbound calls, performing contract re-signs, cross-selling Republic Services products, documenting activity in Salesforce, and supporting pricing and cancellation processes to grow customer penetration and profitability.

Manage and retain existing small commercial and industrial customers via outbound and inbound calls. Renew contracts, respond to cancellation requests, upsell Republic Services products, document activities in Salesforce, capture customer information, and coordinate with the Sales Manager on retention goals.

Manage and maintain MS Project plans and dashboards for large projects; set up meetings, capture minutes/action items, track decisions, and report budget/hours. Lead status activities across business units and support the Project Manager.
