Design and run campaigns, track impact, ensure data quality, automate workflows, and deliver prioritized evidence to Product and customer-facing teams to drive marketplace growth.

Support Product, Marketing, and Operations with operational reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and dashboarding. Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, write SQL and Databricks data marts, automate recurring reports with Python (pandas), standardize metrics, and improve reporting reliability while collaborating cross-functionally.

Lead complex BI projects to define KPIs, build internal and client-facing Tableau/Power BI dashboards, enforce documentation and metric consistency, perform data analysis and profiling, create BI strategy and roadmaps, mentor junior analysts, and present insights to cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

Design and own end-to-end data platform architecture, build ingestion and transformation pipelines, model multi-tenant datasets, optimize Postgres and ClickHouse performance/cost, implement orchestration and observability, define data quality and reconciliation standards, and mentor data/product engineers.

The Fraud Analyst monitors transactions for suspicious activity, uses fraud detection tools, documents findings, communicates with clients, and supports the Risk & Compliance team.
