Translate technical findings into business recommendations, test-and-learn plans, dashboards, reports, and presentations. Collaborate with account teams, ensure data quality and statistical rigor, investigate anomalies, and support client questions. The role requires expertise in analytics platforms, data visualization, spreadsheets, SEO, and client-facing data storytelling in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Build and maintain data pipelines, warehouses, transformation workflows, data models, and reporting layers. Supports Risk and Payments and Fraud teams through SQL dashboarding, transaction and fraud trend analysis, flagged-account reviews, chargeback process improvements, SOP comparisons, and daily monitoring. The intern assists senior analysts, identifies reporting and workflow improvements, follows regulatory controls, and participates in structured training. The role requires 15–28 hours weekly for 12 weeks beginning in January.
