Analyze campaign performance and business trends, contribute to data modeling, and independently manage analytics workstreams using SQL, Python, BigQuery, dbt, and Looker.

Own and evolve production data systems supporting healthcare, claims, billing, analytics, and reporting. Design resilient ingestion patterns, data contracts, models, schemas, and pipelines that handle incomplete, duplicated, delayed, and changing data. Improve performance, observability, failure handling, retries, backfills, and replay safety. Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and analytics teams while making architecture decisions and documenting technical changes.

Leads business intelligence, market research, and competitive analysis for U.S. flat steel products. Analyzes demand, pricing, customer segments, competitors, trade policies, and industry trends to support sales, marketing, pricing, forecasting, and business planning. Develops dashboards, reports, market outlooks, and competitive intelligence databases, while presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership and collaborating with commercial, production planning, and finance teams.

Own solution design, implementation, and debugging for Hightouch’s Identity Resolution product. Work directly with customer data architectures, configure identity models, write SQL against data warehouses, investigate data discrepancies, explain system behavior, and surface product gaps. Partner with sales engineering, support, technical account management, and executives to deliver customer solutions and advise on data strategy. Use coding agents while reviewing implementation quality and maintaining best practices.
