Lead architecture and execution of Grafana's marketing data stack and analytics practice. Build forecasting, predictive, and causal models, design BigQuery schemas, deploy agentic AI and automated pipelines, partner with GTM leadership, and deliver executive-grade insights to drive demand generation and ROI.

Turn channel data into actionable insights to improve partner behavior and forecasting. Analyze pipeline, deal quality, product mix, program ROI, and sales velocity. Deliver decision-ready recommendations, build dashboards, define data needs, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Programs, and Ops to drive scalable revenue outcomes.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and Lakehouse solutions; ingest and transform diverse data formats; optimize Databricks and SQL Server environments; implement data quality, lineage, and governance; support batch and streaming ingestion; collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to enable analytics (fraud/anomaly detection, financial oversight); troubleshoot and improve pipelines. Candidates must be willing to undergo a U.S. government background investigation.

Perform part-time quality audits and evaluations of task outputs, define and refine quality benchmarks and scoring rubrics, analyze audit results to produce actionable insights and reports, and recommend process improvements to raise output quality.

Lead e-commerce analytics to drive commercial impact: build used dashboards, analyze acquisition/retention/funnel/channel performance, ensure tag/data-layer integrity (Tealium iQ), support A/B testing, and present actionable insights to stakeholders to grow online revenue.

Design, build, and operate Alpaca's scalable data platform and lakehouse infrastructure. Build low-latency streaming and CDC ingestion, batch pipelines landing in Iceberg, and tooling for BI and AI consumers. Manage IaC, Kubernetes deployments, monitoring/incident response, and partner with DevOps and analytics teams to meet growing data requirements.

As a Quantitative Research Analyst, you will develop models, conduct complex data analysis, and work with stakeholders to optimize investment strategies.

Lead design and governance of a large-scale AdTech data layer: model conceptual/logical/physical schemas, profile and map data flows, define batch and real-time ingestion and integration patterns, architect cloud-native AWS solutions (including graph/vector/RAG use cases), establish governance, and produce architecture artifacts and implementation roadmaps while collaborating with engineering, product, and cloud teams.
