Lead enterprise reporting strategy, architecture, and delivery across Oracle ERP and EPM Cloud. Design scalable reporting frameworks, govern report inventories, lead Oracle Fusion and EPM reporting solutions (OTBI, BI Publisher, Narrative Reporting, FRS, Smart View), mentor teams, run workshops, and support pre-sales and transformation initiatives for executive, financial, and regulatory reporting.

Lead design and implementation of Oracle analytics and data warehouse solutions (FAIDP, ADW, OAC). Build data augmentations, semantic models, ETL/integration, dashboards, and documentation. Mentor analysts and deliver client-facing analytics solutions.

Partner with business and product stakeholders to design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and causal analyses, build Tableau dashboards and reports, present findings to non-technical audiences, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

Own growth and player behavior analytics across sportsbook, casino, and poker. Partner with Revenue Ops, Marketing, Product, and VIP to run retention, bonus optimization, segmentation, A/B testing, and predictive modeling using SQL, Snowflake, ML/AI tooling, and Python. Turn analysis into actionable recommendations and measurement frameworks.

Lead renewals forecasting, predictive churn modeling, and impact measurement for CX. Build production-grade SQL models in Snowflake, integrate multi-source systems (Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong), apply LLMs/AI to automate workflows, drive data governance, and translate insights for executive decision-making to improve GRR and NRR.

Validate and format insurance statistical data feeds for regulatory reporting, run data validation programs, perform financial reconciliations, produce client analysis reports, and support client consultations on edits, coding, and reporting requirements.

Partner with Ads sales to provide data-driven prospecting, reporting, and strategic recommendations. Build SQL queries and dashboards, produce monthly/quarterly client narratives, run incrementality/A-B tests, and present insights to brands. Support new business pitches, automate reporting workflows, and collaborate with Sales, Ad Ops, and Product on ad performance and product testing.

Provide analytical support for FBI engagements including scoping, research, data analysis, financial and data modeling, process evaluation, reporting, and client presentations. Develop reports, document findings, and ensure deliverables meet project scope, budget, and client requirements while coordinating across agencies and stakeholders.

Serve as the analytics bridge between marketing/operations and data teams: translate business questions and KPIs into clear product requirements, own delivery of treated tables, semantic layers, reports and dashboards, align stakeholders on a single source of truth, run gap analyses, document processes, and ensure delivered data products drive decision-making and adoption.

Lead design, build, and operate scalable Databricks/Delta Lake data pipelines and Kimball dimensional models using dbt. Manage governance with Unity Catalog, optimize performance and cost, operationalize ML with MLflow, and coordinate/quality-check offshore vendor engineering. Mentor engineers, uphold standards, and deliver trusted data products that power analytics, reporting, and MLOps workflows.

Supervises Data Services team focusing on data engineering and operations, ensuring alignment with IT policies, data governance, and operational reliability of data products.
