Serve as a senior SQL Server DBA and database engineering advisor for clients. Responsibilities include performance tuning, cloud database architecture, migrations, high availability and disaster recovery, capacity planning, automation, monitoring, backup validation, deployment scripting, root-cause analysis, and client guidance. Develop Python and SQL workflows, contribute to Terraform and CI/CD, monitor data quality and reliability, support data science and ML teams, and operate within FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, and CUI requirements. Collaborate with engineering teams, troubleshoot platform issues, and document processes in a highly regulated environment.

Lead insurance risk analytics engagements for property and casualty carriers. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, regulatory filing guidance, pilot and proof-of-concept design, loss ratio and model validation analysis, client project management, discovery sessions, and translating insights for actuarial, underwriting, and executive audiences.
