Responsibilities include workforce forecasting, capacity modeling, statistical analysis, dashboard and report development, historical trend analysis, and actionable recommendations. Partners with Operations, Talent Acquisition, Field Leadership, and senior stakeholders to optimize workforce plans, present findings, and support strategic decisions across multiple states, locations, service lines, and disciplines.

Owns CX metrics dashboards and reporting across Professional Services, Customer Success, Analyst Services, and Support. Investigates, cleans, transforms, and consolidates data from Salesforce, Gong, proprietary systems, and other sources. Partners with IT, data, and business teams to define metrics, resolve data-quality issues, automate dashboard feeds, document data lineage, and surface trends and recommendations for CX leaders.

Build and maintain scalable monitoring solutions and dashboards to track production, campaign, and operational data. Analyze large-scale datasets to detect anomalies, perform root-cause investigations with Engineering and Production Operations, and deliver actionable insights to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.
