Drives sales of Neogard resinous flooring solutions throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. Manages and expands relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, owners, distributors, and representatives; develops product specifications; identifies new business; provides technical field support, presentations, and demonstrations; uses CRM to track activities and projects; participates in industry organizations; and mentors local account managers. Oversees product delivery, architecture, quality, governance, documentation, development practices, and technical health. Collaborates with Product Management, Operations, Sales, and other functions to deliver valuable, maintainable customer solutions and support platform evolution.

Supervise a People Operations Service Desk supporting more than 30,000 employees. Lead service desk representatives, manage staffing and performance, oversee HR inquiry resolution and escalations, ensure accurate case documentation and compliance, and improve workflows, training, knowledge resources, and service quality. Partner with HR teams while overseeing Workday, ServiceNow, Five9, and contact center technologies.

Manages a portfolio of past-due customer accounts, conducts collection calls, negotiates payment arrangements, resolves billing disputes, and documents account activity. Responds to customer inquiries, provides invoice and payment information, monitors aging reports, and coordinates escalations to Legal and internal teams. The role supports cash-flow improvement, maintains audit-ready records, follows credit policies, protects sensitive financial information, and meets collection and account-resolution performance targets.
