Provide high-level, confidential executive support to the CFO including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination and note-taking, contract administration, legal document and records management, audit and compliance coordination, expense processing, special project support, and liaison work with internal and external stakeholders.

Process and review multi-frequency payrolls, validate timesheets and wage calculations, maintain payroll records, handle garnishments, support tax filings and year-end reporting, audit transactions, prepare payroll reports, and resolve employee payroll inquiries while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead defense of high-exposure sexual torts cases: develop case themes, handle discovery, depositions, briefs, trials, and client communications. Mentor junior attorneys, cultivate client relationships, collaborate with litigation teams, and apply trauma-informed defense strategies.

Manage multifamily or hospitality renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout. Own schedules, budgets, subcontractor selection, compliance, KPIs, client communication, and project team performance while traveling monthly to sites as needed.

Provide hands-on end user and platform support, troubleshoot IT tickets, manage assets, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Provide level-1 help desk support for internal users: troubleshoot PCs, desktop OS, Microsoft Office, server and hardware inquiries; handle tickets, document resolutions, escalate when necessary, and deliver strong customer service in a call-center environment.

Coordinate tracking, reconciliation, and appropriate use of donations, grants, and restricted funds. Maintain donor and financial records in Raiser's Edge and the hospital accounting system, produce reports, assist departments with expenditures and vouchers, and lead gift-monitoring processes and related projects.

Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound outreach, research, social selling, and CRM management; nurture prospects, schedule meetings, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives while supporting GTM and ABM tactics.
