Lead full HR and office operations for a growing engineering startup: own full employee lifecycle, recruiting operations, payroll/benefits, compliance and records, performance and compensation cycles, facilities and badging, events, and scalable HR processes to support growth to 30+ employees.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and C-suite and coordinate Board of Directors activities. Manage board portal and donor management records, organize board and executive meetings, prepare materials, take minutes, coordinate logistics and travel, support vendor payments, and back up the Executive Associate. Maintain confidential relationships with executives, board members, donors, and partners.

Designs and delivers product training for Vermeer equipment. Collaborates with product development, engineering, and support to create clear training content, scripts, and hands-on demonstrations. Structures and runs 1-5 day in-person training events, evaluates participants, provides feedback, and monitors industry training trends to improve programs.

Sell locally-sourced room nights for group and negotiated segments by prospecting, soliciting, and closing accounts to meet hotel revenue goals. Monitor account production and market trends, run promotions and blitzes, host client site visits, attend sales meetings, and ensure compliance with brand standards and certifications. Provide excellent customer service and support hotel operations as needed.

Invites candidates to submit resumes for future openings; collects applicant information for consideration when roles matching skills become available.

Manage and lead procurement and contracting activities: develop solicitations and procurement strategies, conduct vendor due diligence, review and negotiate contracts, mitigate procurement risks, develop procurement policies and processes, train and mentor staff, and ensure compliance with funding requirements and NFF policies. Remote role with occasional domestic travel.

Identify and qualify SMB/mid-market prospects, run demos and negotiations, manage CRM pipeline, collaborate with marketing and customer success, meet quota targets, and relay market feedback to inform product and sales strategy.

Lead Kronos/UKG Pro WFM upgrade consolidating multiple WFC instances into a single ProWFM instance. Gather and translate stakeholder requirements, design and run test scripts, oversee integrations with PeopleSoft and legacy systems via Kronos Boomi, validate configurations and payroll rules, lead a team of analysts, coordinate with PMO, and manage data extraction, cleansing, and upload.

Manage office administration and logistics including reception, mail and shipping/receiving, filing, inventory, procurement, onboarding support, vendor coordination, facilities upkeep, and ad-hoc administrative projects to ensure smooth daily operations.

Provide end-to-end customer and technical warranty support: answer calls/emails, troubleshoot product issues, coordinate warranty returns, update records in SAP/CAR, document calls in Salesforce, create replacements/credits, and deliver internal/external product training.
