Sell new and used vehicles through consultative selling, product demonstrations, and follow-up. Build long-term customer relationships, learn product details and sales techniques, overcome objections, report to Sales Manager, work flexible hours including weekends, and maintain a professional appearance and valid driver’s license.

Lead IT strategy and a team to deliver and maintain technology across a manufacturing facility, including infrastructure, security, systems integration, vendor management, project delivery, budgeting, and support for production control and operations.

Provide desktop support for PCs, laptops and virtual desktops: manage PC builds, Windows OS, applications, patching, and Defender XDR validation. Lead IP telephony platform and phone system support, manage door access and security cameras, back up Tier 1 help desk, perform reporting, train users, and participate in on-call rotation.

Lead North American growth strategy for Solid off-highway tire segments (Forklift, Telehandler, Loader Solids, POB).
