Senior HR leader who partners with the CHRO to oversee full employee lifecycle, lead HR generalists, drive workforce planning, employee relations, labor relations, compliance, compensation administration, engagement and retention across multiple business affiliates. Acts as strategic advisor to senior leadership and manages HR policies, investigations, and special projects.

Build and maintain partnerships with real estate and industry referral partners; serve as primary contact, conduct meetings, promote services, identify growth opportunities, track activity in CRM, and represent the company at events.

Provide administrative and service coordination support: prepare work orders, schedule service calls and TSA visits, maintain records and binders, communicate with customers and technicians, assist with billing and parts backup, attend service meetings and produce schedules, manage facility contracts and office duties, and support event planning. Extensive product training required.

Provide frontline IT helpdesk support to clinical and administrative staff in a medical oncology setting. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 apps, and Citrix virtual desktops. Deploy and maintain Windows workstations, install updates/patches, assist with wired/wireless networking, maintain inventory and documentation, escalate complex issues, and support clinic technology installations and relocations.

Provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior executives: manage calendars and email, coordinate travel and meetings, prepare and proofread correspondence and presentations, process invoices and expenses, maintain files and databases, assist with event logistics, and handle confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Sell new and used wreckers, trucks, and trailers to new and existing customers. Make outside sales calls, demonstrate vehicles (drive as needed), prepare proposals and paperwork, maintain customer database and daily call reports, and promote dealer services to meet sales goals.

Lead mechanical design and commissioning for a microfactory, producing detailed 2D drawings, enforcing GD&T standards, performing FEA on fixtures and gantries, managing vendors, troubleshooting hardware on the factory floor, and mentoring junior engineers.

Lead IT security, privacy, and compliance programs including SOX ITGCs, GDPR, and GxP support. Oversee policies, vendor assessments, vulnerability management, incident response, security awareness, risk register, audit evidence, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to maintain secure, compliant IT operations.

Perform inventory control and equipment readiness for assigned units: research and identify parts and sources of supply, interpret technical/logistics documents, coordinate engineering reviews and agency interactions (DLA, Services), manage 339 case updates in CATALYST and SAP, and support depot/high-priority part actions.

Supervise students during lunch, recess, transitions, and valet; support meal service, after-school traffic/parking, office admin, campus beautification, safety procedures, family communications, and special projects as assigned.
