Lead a ~30-engineer org to scale a marketplace and Yourgi Connect from first markets to national scale. Own org design, delivery cadence, AI-assisted development adoption, CI/CD and testing, platform services, DORA metrics, hiring, budget, and release management so teams can ship end-to-end customer journeys reliably and securely.

Lead PrivacyPro implementations for new customers: manage project timelines, coordinate stakeholders, configure software, run training, track project documentation, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.

Manage public relations and communications for a large onsite LNG project, including stakeholder mapping, developing and executing communication plans, community engagement, event coordination, content production, internal communications, crisis messaging, and serving as liaison between project teams, corporate communications, clients, and public authorities.

Oversee branch store and warehouse operations including inventory monitoring, ordering stock, vendor relationships, purchasing, staff supervision, and ensuring excellent customer service while supporting branch performance.
