Provide benefits and leave administration support during a 4-6 month assignment. Act as first point of contact for employees, coordinate with vendors and third-party leave administrators, manage HRIS and payroll leave transactions, support onboarding/offboarding, prepare reports/audits, and ensure compliance with leave laws and company policies.

Serve as HR business partner for a ~500-employee site, handling employee relations, performance management, compensation, staffing, organizational design, change management, project leadership, and HR program deployment. Coordinate and support training operations for onboarding, continuing education, and EMS Academy programs; maintain training records, licensure tracking, and LMS data; assist with compliance, audits, protocol revisions, communications, and administrative tasks to ensure regulatory and operational readiness.

Evaluate Full-Time MBA (and other Booth program) applications during designated reading rounds; participate in virtual training; holistically assess materials using internal criteria; recommend admission decisions with documented rationale; meet weekly hour commitments and deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Supervise and coach the LOA Systems team; plan and prioritize projects; ensure data integrity and efficient operation of Matrix leave systems. Manage client implementations and configurations, troubleshoot work orders, liaise with Sedgwick, test system enhancements, and develop training and rollout materials while adhering to FMLA and state leave laws.

Partner with the CHRO on HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, HR reporting in Paycom, document management, communications (using AI tools), and executive support including scheduling and front-desk screening.

Lead HR functions for Price Transfer with a focus on employee relations, workplace investigations, policy development, compliance, and coaching. Serve as a mentor to HR teams, partner with operations and executive leadership, and maintain confidentiality while supporting HR operations in a logistics and transportation environment.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across Florida Gold Coast region, building talent pipelines, sourcing via job boards and social media, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding. Partner with operational leaders to develop hiring strategies, track ATS metrics, and represent the employer at events. Travel up to 25% to support recruiting initiatives.

Manage daily HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, Paycom data entry and audits, benefits/ACA administration, I-9 and personnel file compliance, and workers' compensation claim handling and return-to-work coordination.
