As a Data and Analytics Consultant, you will support clients by leveraging data to drive strategic initiatives, lead modernization efforts and build collaborative teams.

Build and operate scalable Databricks Lakehouse data platforms, including Bronze/Silver/Gold pipelines, feature tables, batch and streaming ingestion, data quality controls, modeling, performance optimization, governance, and production support. Partner with data science, AI, and platform engineering teams to deliver trusted healthcare and member data products for machine learning and decision intelligence workloads.

Leads analytics delivery across multiple clients, combining marketing data to evaluate performance, optimize investments, and inform growth decisions. Designs and implements advanced measurement approaches including attribution, incrementality testing, experimentation, and full-funnel measurement. Develops measurement frameworks, communicates insights to clients and senior stakeholders, partners with technical and marketing teams, supports new business, and mentors junior analysts.

Lead a team delivering marketing analytics and consulting services, performing marketing mix modeling, attribution, digital analytics, pricing/promotions, and demand forecasting; provide analyses, recommendations, and client-facing presentations while traveling extensively.

Design, build, and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines; ingest, transform, and optimize data for analytics and BI; ensure data quality, reliability, and performance; implement monitoring/alerting; support MLOps and analytics workloads; collaborate with data scientists and BI teams; document AI systems and RAG/Cortex-based solutions.

Research and analyze competitors' annuity products, pricing, sales, and trends. Maintain competitor databases and produce regular reports and rate updates. Partner with internal teams, present findings to stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and conduct requested research projects to inform product and actuarial decisions.

Develop and maintain enterprise Power BI reports and dashboards, write and optimize SQL and DAX, model data using Microsoft Fabric, automate workflows with Alteryx/SSIS, analyze financial and operational data, define KPIs, deliver analytical insights and present findings to stakeholders including C-level.

Lead data engineering work across migrations, pipelines, integrations, and APIs. Design, build, deploy, test, monitor, and support production data solutions while ensuring data quality, validation, and adherence to architectural standards in an agile continuous-delivery environment.

Lead North America marketing analytics product portfolio, evolve MMM to causal and AI-native methods, prioritize roadmap and epics, oversee data engineers and scientists, drive adoption and value measurement for marketing effectiveness.

Lead quota modeling, territory design, and commission planning; maintain Salesforce data and dashboards; leverage Gong/Clari and AI tools to improve forecast accuracy; produce executive-ready sales performance analysis; collaborate cross-functionally and drive continuous improvement in reporting and data governance.
