The Regional Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing EHS programs across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations, fostering a safety culture, and leading incident investigations and audits.

Lead execution of the Customer Experience transformation roadmap for Water Quality Management. Drive process improvements, SOPs, training, knowledge management, KPI dashboards, and systems adoption (Salesforce, SAP S/4Hana, Power BI). Lead cross-functional initiatives, standardize operations, and deliver measurable customer service and performance improvements.

Lead regional strategy and Managing Directors to drive growth, recruit and develop advisors, ensure compliance, and expand the firms market presence through mentorship, relationship-building, and execution of long-term plans.

Manage and grow a defined territory through consultative selling to golf courses, landscapers, and nurseries. Build long-term customer relationships, meet sales and profitability goals, develop territory/account plans, use Sage ERP and reporting for forecasts and quotes, collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, monitor market trends, and pursue new business.

Serve as a trusted security advisor focused on Threat Management: design pragmatic, scalable security programs, support sales to drive revenue, perform requirements analysis and technology selection, lead client engagements and presentations, collaborate with delivery teams, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and maintain advisory relationships and thought leadership. Travel ~25%.
