Build and lead Inovalon’s third-party data governance program, including data asset inventory, licensing controls, contractual rights management, data intake and release governance, audit readiness, compliance monitoring, and KPI reporting. Partner with Legal, Privacy, Procurement, and business leaders to manage data usage, renewals, access revocation, disposition, and downstream obligations. Develop a governance team while applying expertise in healthcare data, HIPAA, de-identification, and data licensing.

Lead the design, automation, optimization, and scalability of data pipelines using Airflow, dbt, Python, SQL, and Google Cloud technologies. Manage dbt models, implement testing and CI/CD practices, monitor workflows, optimize databases, document solutions, and ensure data security and governance. Mentor engineers, architect reusable patterns, guide cross-functional initiatives, and promote technical excellence across data engineering projects.

Own and expand Chicory’s analytical data platform supporting advertising, campaign, financial, product, and publisher reporting. Design BigQuery architecture, build batch and streaming pipelines with Python, SQL, Beam, Dataflow, and Airflow, and develop governed data marts and BI datasets. Establish data quality, observability, reconciliation, access controls, cost management, and engineering practices. Partner with engineering, finance, product, campaign management, sales, and leadership while leading incident recovery and documenting systems.

Designs, builds, secures, monitors, and supports scalable data platforms across public and multi-cloud environments. Develops batch and streaming pipelines, ELT processes, data lakes, warehouses, APIs, and integrations with transactional systems.
