Deploy, integrate, and operationalize Noma’s AI security platform in customer production environments. Translate use cases into configurations, integrations, automation, workflows, and readiness plans; troubleshoot complex technical issues; lead customer workshops; develop reusable implementation patterns and runbooks; and coordinate escalations with Support and Engineering. Build and maintain scalable full-stack products with a focus on mobile applications using React Native. Design frontend and backend solutions, integrate data science capabilities, develop reusable architecture, and own projects from technical design through production. Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering teams while contributing to architectural decisions, platform improvements, and AI-assisted development practices.

Own end-to-end execution of complex multidisciplinary defense programs from contract award through design, integration, qualification, production, and fielding. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors; manage plans, dependencies, risks, requirements, configuration baselines, deliverables, production readiness, verification, and acceptance. Support proposals and establish operating rhythms that improve accountability and execution.

Manage Israel office operations, including workspace logistics, vendors, onboarding, employee benefits, equipment, events, and HR coordination. Build Novella’s engineering employer brand through Israeli startup ecosystem events, sponsorships, content, and community engagement. Serve as the central resource for team needs while helping foster a strong, engaging workplace culture.
