Lead and scale North American fulfillment operations across multiple warehouses: monitor KPIs, manage large-scale labor and P&L, launch new sites, mentor site leaders, resolve escalations, and drive operational excellence and cost improvements.

Lead development of Functional Requirement Documents and Project Requirement Specifications for electrical projects; support electrical elements of building, utility, and equipment projects; create conceptual visualizations and layouts; coordinate with integrated project teams and stakeholders to capture input, review, and finalize requirements.

Manage and support waterworks design and construction projects: prepare and review engineering studies, ensure quality assurance and inspections, coordinate contractors and clients, monitor schedules and materials, resolve technical issues, and produce project reports and turnover documentation.

Design, test, deploy, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment. Execute experiments, collect and analyze data, support commissioning, write SOPs, train operations, troubleshoot machine failures, perform root cause analysis, and participate in on-call support for production issues.

Design and analyze high-voltage (up to 30 kV) pulsed and CW power systems for charged-particle accelerators. Perform feasibility studies, testing, detailed design, prototype fabrication, and support engineering change, PLM, and configuration management. Hands-on work with modulators, HV supplies, control circuits, and klystron/magnetron systems.
