The SkillBridge Operations Trainee program offers service members practical training in various business aspects, preparing for civilian roles like Operations Manager or Customer Service Representative.

Leads the catalog operations function, owning operating models, intake and prioritization, planning cadences, SLAs, governance, workflow optimization, data integrity, and automation. Manages the Catalog Operations team and partners with assortment, customer experience, finance, supply planning, vendors, technology, and data teams. Drives scalable execution for SKU setup, enrichment, lifecycle updates, supplier onboarding, catalog maintenance, and performance reporting while presenting operational recommendations to senior leadership.

Oversee daily operations of an assigned apartment property: supervise and train staff, manage leasing, rent collection, budgets, vendor and maintenance coordination, resident relations, marketing, and ensure regulatory compliance and property upkeep.

Provide administrative and technical support to managers and leadership, including onboarding/offboarding, budget tracking, meeting and event logistics, correspondence management, badge/key control, travel and leave scheduling, resume and applicant tracking, inventory tracking, briefing slide updates, and basic office procurement. Lead technology operations for the JLL Bank of America account including incident management, security scanning, disaster recovery testing, provisioning and access reporting, onboarding systems, hardware support, and vendor/technology support coordination. Drive process optimization, client relationship management, team building, and service-level reliability while supporting BI and IT operational needs.

Provide Tier 2 escalation support for enterprise IT systems: troubleshoot Windows servers/desktops, Entra ID, Intune, Meraki, and enterprise apps; manage ITSM platform, incidents, changes, documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and support site buildouts and relocations.

Lead organization-wide continuous improvement using Lean and data-driven methods. Drive cross-functional improvement programs, build governance and KPIs, develop AI-enabled tools and dashboards, and enable scalable processes and change management to improve performance and efficiency.

Serve as primary client contact to resolve account issues, inspect and coordinate reconditioning and sale vehicle processes, complete condition reports and estimates, audit imaging, upsell services, and ensure SLA, safety, and NAAA guideline compliance while providing exceptional customer service.

Assist with the posting and removal of advertising copy at elevated heights, ensuring safety compliance and accurate reporting of tasks.

The International Division Supervisor oversees shipment processing to Puerto Rico, manages dock associates, ensures compliance with shipping regulations, and handles relationships with logistics providers.
