Supports post-execution trade lifecycle activities across fixed income, equities, and liquidity products, including trade matching, confirmation, settlement, exception management, and risk mitigation. Monitors Aladdin dashboards, SWIFT transmissions, and pending queues; prepares reports; coordinates with traders, portfolio managers, brokers, custodians, and service providers; investigates system issues and cash discrepancies; maintains procedures; and identifies automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.

Handles incoming and outbound customer calls, resolves inquiries and billing questions, schedules services, confirms appointments, collects overdue payments, and welcomes prospective customers. Additional duties may include daily reporting, updating customer accounts, accounts payable, HR paperwork, and payroll processing. Requires strong customer service, problem-solving, computer, typing, 10-key, time-management, and organizational skills.

Configure and optimize Oracle HCM Absence Management across global leave programs. Diagnose data, workflow, integration, and production issues; support testing and quarterly releases; maintain documentation and controls; and partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and architecture teams. Lead HRIS workstreams, process improvements, automation, M&A integrations, stakeholder training, and governance activities while ensuring compliant, accurate, and scalable absence operations.

Serves as the liaison between customers and the automotive service department. Greets customers, identifies vehicle service needs, prepares repair orders and estimates, obtains authorizations, coordinates with technicians, promotes maintenance services, communicates updates, handles concerns, processes payments, and follows up after service. Performs vehicle walk-around inspections, documents vehicle condition, maintains accurate records, and keeps the service area organized. Requires strong communication, multitasking, computer, and basic automotive knowledge skills.

Supports the IPS data coordination team by learning the Individual Patient Solution workflow, maintaining patient case files, retrieving and verifying documentation, and assisting with projects involving process improvement, educational materials, product design and testing, and quality assurance. Coordinates with production, sales, marketing, product management, and engineering teams while following regulatory, quality, and safety procedures.

Support active and sophisticated traders through inbound interactions involving market activity, securities transactions, and trading questions. Provide education on investment products and regulations, explain complex concepts clearly, identify client needs, and connect clients with appropriate trading tools and resources. Build trusted client relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated brokerage environment.

Administer Salesforce CRM implementations, including permissions, customizations, integrations, compliance, data migrations, reporting, and user support. Partner with business teams to translate objectives into technical requirements, define KPIs, improve processes, and maintain documentation. Lead CRM onboarding and training while supporting data visualizations that combine Salesforce and enterprise data sources.

Drives enterprise continuous improvement by analyzing workflows and performance data, facilitating process and value stream mapping, supporting Agile and portfolio practices, and developing dashboards, reports, training, communications, and change-management resources. Partners with technology teams, Scrum Masters, leaders, PMO, and transformation teams to improve planning, prioritization, delivery flow, organizational adoption, and business value.

Provides administrative support for agency operations, human resources, and executive leadership. Responsibilities include office and vendor management, recruitment administration, onboarding, personnel file compliance, employee screenings, scheduling, communications, board meeting support, records maintenance, and special projects.
