The Revenue Operations Manager will build systems and processes for go-to-market teams, maintaining pipeline visibility and ensuring accurate revenue forecasts. They will manage Salesforce and revenue tech stack, develop reporting infrastructure, and drive operational efficiency while supporting global initiatives.

Lead and supervise General Liability claims across assigned programs, review complex and high-severity files, set reserves, manage expenses and litigation strategy, collaborate with underwriting and legal, mentor staff, monitor metrics, perform audits, and recommend process improvements to support profitable program performance.

Perform QA reviews of moderate-to-complex residential and commercial flood claims, ensure compliance with NFIP/SFIP guidelines, provide feedback to independent adjusters, and support catastrophe surge operations. Utilize estimating best practices and tools such as Xactimate and XactAnalysis.

Lead and develop a team of Salesforce admins, developers, and technical contributors to build, maintain, and scale the Salesforce and GTM tech stack. Oversee architecture, integrations, automation, governance, roadmap prioritization, delivery processes, QA, and cross-functional change management while driving AI and automation improvements.

Lead and develop a distributed onboarding operations team, maintain SLAs, make complex onboarding decisions, drive process and tooling improvements, manage workload and staffing, use operational metrics to monitor performance, and partner cross-functionally to improve onboarding effectiveness.

Support and manage EHR Point-to-Point integrations and interoperability lifecycle activities. Monitor and triage issues, coordinate troubleshooting with engineering and vendors, run testing and validation, document interfaces and workflows, and support onboarding and go-live for partners. Use support tools to track requests and drive continuous improvement across integration, testing, and implementation processes.

Install, configure, and support Epic client applications (Hyperspace, Interconnect, print services) across desktops, mobile, and virtual platforms. Monitor performance and security, troubleshoot issues, support Citrix/VMware environments, manage upgrades/patches, document configurations, participate in disaster recovery testing, and provide on-call production support while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Support SDLC activities including requirements gathering, documentation, test planning/execution, QA reviews, help desk (Tier III) support, ticket escalation, and creation of deliverables. Assist Agile teams with user/technical story refinement, manage test data, and support production validation and release activities.

Lead the Infrastructure Operations team to ensure stability and resiliency of on‑prem infrastructure. Own data‑center consolidation and exit programs, EOSL/risk management, DR testing, vulnerability/patch management, monitoring/observability and SRE practices, governance and documentation standards, and vendor/stakeholder coordination while running agile delivery cadences.

Lead and modernize GTM systems (Salesforce, CPQ, Marketo, enrichment tools), build automation and AI workflows, own data quality and integrations, and manage a small team to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
