We are now hiring for a Procurement/Sourcing Admin with extensive knowledge of Workday Strategic Sourcing and a strong ability to analyze data, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. The Procurement Admin will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and enhancing our procurement systems and workflows.

What you’ll do:

• Configure and manage workflows, templates, and supplier data within Workday Strategic Sourcing

• Prepare and analyze procurement metrics, including spend analysis, savings tracking, and supplier performance

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in the sourcing process

• Identify inefficiencies in procurement processes and recommend improvements

• Train and support stakeholders on the platform, ensuring efficient adoption and use

• Demonstrate eHealth’s values in your behaviors, practices, and decisions

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum two years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management

• Extensive knowledge of Workday Strategic Sourcing, including implementation, configuration, and reporting capabilities

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

• Experience with vendor negotiations, contract management, and compliance monitoring

• Knowledge of procurement best practices, including category management and strategic sourcing methodologies

• A desire to work in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth’s total rewards package, which also includes an annual performance bonus, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees’ personal and professional wellness.
