Provide first‑line IT helpdesk support for Windows and Microsoft 365 users via ticketing, phone, chat, and on‑site remote assistance. Troubleshoot endpoints, printers, networking, AV/meeting rooms; onboard/offboard employees; image and maintain devices; document resolutions and create knowledge articles.
