Supports day-to-day HR operations across assigned locations, serving as a first-line resource for employees and managers. Responsibilities include benefits and leave administration, employee relations support, policy compliance, corrective action guidance, HRIS maintenance and reporting, performance review tracking, stay and exit interviews, retention efforts, and HR training coordination.
