Process full-cycle payroll (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly); implement and configure payroll systems; onboard new hires and process terminations; manage benefits, accruals, tax amendments, 401(k)/FSA/HSA contributions and EDD correspondence; reconcile benefit billing; ensure CA and federal wage/hour compliance; provide client-facing payroll consulting and support multiple projects to strict deadlines.

Develop and maintain relationships with assigned on- and off-premise accounts to grow distribution and shelf presence. Execute sales calls, merchandising, order entry and inventory tracking via eoStar, manage POS materials and promotions, perform deliveries, monitor credit and compliance, and meet assigned sales and distribution targets while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

Design, develop, maintain, and support a complex web application and associated platform components (SQL Server, Windows services, desktop apps). Implement performant, secure back-end systems and intuitive front-end interfaces using .NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Blazor, and related technologies. Mentor team members, perform code reviews, follow SDLC/agile processes, interface with users to prioritize requests, and ensure compliance with corporate and ISO standards.

Provide full-time administrative support to attorneys: manage calls, transcribe and prepare documents, request medical records, coordinate case preparation and client communication, maintain confidential files, and perform office scanning, filing, and mail tasks.

Coordinate auction bid operations by managing client inquiries, registering and entering phone and absentee bids, vetting online bidders, creating auction day schedules, resolving live-sale issues, processing post-sale communications, and training/assisting staff. Provide high-level client service and support regional auctions as needed.

Manage and grow assigned industrial accounts through consultative selling, account planning, opportunity qualification, and cross-functional coordination. Drive revenue, retention, pipeline hygiene, accurate scoping/quoting, and customer satisfaction while supporting handoffs from sales to execution.

Perform accounts payable and vendor management tasks including coding, invoice processing and posting, vendor setup and reconciliation, responding to vendor inquiries, monthly bill payment, and general office supply ordering and administrative support.
