Manage financial aid for Graduate School of Education & Counseling and Law School students: review applications, perform needs analysis, prepare awards, ensure federal and institutional compliance, counsel students, manage programs (AmeriCorps, VA/Yellow Ribbon, consortiums), resolve verification flags, and coordinate with campus stakeholders.

Partner with engineering on recommendation engines, detection rules, and agent training while defining trust and scalability metrics.
