As a Staff Data Scientist, you will lead complex marketplace problem-solving, architect ML systems, mentor teams, and drive data science strategy in partnership with engineering and product management.

Own and scale recruiting infrastructure, including the ATS, sourcing, scheduling, assessment tools, workflows, integrations, analytics, and automation. Own and evolve PointFive’s visual identity across brand, website, advertising, social, events, and sales materials. Concept, design, and produce static, motion, animation, UI motion, and video creative. Build website pages and components using Vercel, GitHub, and Claude Code. Manage creative projects, deadlines, and external freelancers while partnering closely with the CMO and marketing team.

Develops mechanical test plans, procedures, and methods for SRAM products; builds and improves automated test systems for mechatronic devices; analyzes product behavior and test data; resolves testing issues; applies statistics and reliability principles; and communicates results to support product development.

Perform plan funding audits across pre-tax benefit platforms to identify discrepancies and missing funding. Review and document employer account activity, maintain trackers and audit records, escalate funding gaps, collaborate with Collections and managers to support recovery, create operating procedures, assist internal/external audit requests, and provide weekly reporting to leadership.

Perform outbound prospecting and account-based development to generate pipeline for enterprise creative customers. Research target accounts, execute multi-channel outreach, create personalized messaging, map stakeholders, and book qualified meetings. Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce, track forecasting, and collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Lead and scale a Technical Account Management function for Sonar in the US: design post-sale TAM strategy and playbooks, recruit and coach TAMs, drive product adoption and retention, act as technical escalation for customers, collaborate cross-functionally to represent customer needs, and use data to optimize post-sale outcomes and account growth.

Own end-to-end product design for Crexi features and workflows, from discovery through launch. Partner with Product and Engineering, evolve the design system, conduct user research and usability testing, and design for measurable business outcomes. Prototype AI-enabled experiences, ensure accessibility, and collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive customer experiences.

Own the roadmap, requirements, delivery, distribution, and performance of Forge’s financial data products, including pricing, indices, reference data, derived data, and APIs. Partner with engineering, data research, operations, clients, and commercial teams to deliver accurate, reliable, and valuable products. Monitor distribution SLAs, coordinate issue resolution, align stakeholders, and translate customer and business needs into shipped solutions.
