The Vice President of Legal and Procurement will lead legal and procurement functions, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and optimizing sourcing strategies to support company objectives.

Serve as HubSpot's primary legal partner for Strategic Alliances: structure, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements; build scalable legal templates, playbooks, and workflows; advise on commercial constructs, AI/privacy regulatory developments, and cross-team deal coordination to enable partnership growth.

The opinion must cover corporate particulars, shareholding structure, historical changes, investments/assets/personnel, business compliance, taxation, litigation/penalties, and any other material matters. Provide proposal, estimated timeline, and list of documents required.

Engage a licensed lawyer or law firm to produce a jurisdiction-specific legal opinion covering incorporation and good standing, shareholding history, board composition, business compliance, assets/title issues, tax registration/status (including Hong Kong profits tax exposure), litigation/arbitration history (company and principals), and employment/labour compliance. Deliverable: signed English PDF on firm letterhead with supporting appendices. Provide credentials, conflicts check, task breakdown, timeline (1–2 weeks) and fee proposal; list client documents required for the opinion.
