The Senior QA Engineer will focus on manual and system-level testing, analyze complex message flows, contribute to automation, and drive quality improvements in an agile environment.

Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and suites using Tricentis Tosca, Playwright, and Claude Code. Perform functional, integration, regression, API (REST/SOAP), and performance testing, validate data via SQL, log and track defects in Jira/Azure DevOps, integrate tests into CI/CD, and collaborate with development and business teams to ensure end-to-end test coverage and quality.

Lead a hybrid QA team to own testing lifecycle from requirements to release. Design and run manual and automated web, mobile, and API tests, develop test frameworks, improve CI pipelines, mentor engineers, track defects, and ensure high-quality releases.

Design, implement, and maintain test strategies and automated tests for backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and web applications. Identify and document defects, improve test coverage and reliability, integrate tests into CI/CD, and collaborate with engineers and product teams to prevent issues and ensure production reliability. Lead QA for the Site Intelligence product: build QA processes and standards, design and implement scalable test automation for backend APIs, UI, microservices and data pipelines, validate cross-system integrations, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD. Partner with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle and ensure reliable staging and release processes.

Lead and architect end-to-end QA automation for a distributed data SaaS platform: build scalable frameworks, embed tests in CI/CD, drive integration/API/performance/data-integrity testing, eradicate flaky tests, mentor engineers, own release quality sign-off, collaborate across product and engineering, and apply AI tools to accelerate testing and optimize QA metrics.

Build and maintain automated test suites for smart contracts and UIs, integrate testing into development, identify and track bugs, improve test frameworks, and ensure comprehensive coverage for new features.

Perform 50/50 manual and automated testing in Python, extend and stabilize an existing automation framework, design test strategies, integrate tests into CI/CD, conduct API, performance and load testing, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and improve QA processes.

Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, APIs, backend services, and blockchain integrations.
