Inbound BDR responsible for engaging marketing-qualified leads, qualifying prospects, nurturing early interest, and setting high-quality appointments for Account Executives. Create and publish social-first content across platforms, produce and edit short-form video, support game-day coverage and broadcast, manage content calendar and asset library, collaborate on campaigns and sponsor activations, and pitch creative series to grow engagement.

Manage and grow a multi‑million‑dollar territory by expanding and retaining B2B customers in the landscape/irrigation or pool industry. Develop and execute territory and sales plans, run vendor programs, support branch operations, leverage CRM and data to optimize performance, represent the company at events, and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
