What You'll Do:
- Provide first-level technical support to staff and residents, troubleshooting computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other devices, including help with Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, Teams, Word, and OneDrive.
- Diagnose Wi-Fi connectivity issues, assist with wireless network testing, and help configure devices for the community network.
- Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals, including basic maintenance like toner replacement.
- Help set up and troubleshoot smart TVs, streaming devices, smart speakers, network-connected cameras, and other IoT devices.
- Assist with equipment deployment, asset inventory, and workstation setups/relocations.
- Deliver responsive, professional customer service, clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical users and escalating complex issues when needed.
What You'll Need:
- Currently pursuing a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, or a related field (required).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and Windows operating systems (required).
- Strong communication and customer service skills (required).
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work both independently and on a team (required).
- Experience troubleshooting computers, printers, or mobile devices (preferred).
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi networking concepts and Microsoft 365 products (preferred).
- Interest in healthcare, senior living, or customer-focused tech support (preferred).
