Leads Greenplaces’ product organization, owning product vision, roadmap prioritization, metrics, discovery, positioning, pricing input, launches, and sales enablement. Oversees the Director of Engineering and a team of approximately 12, builds product and engineering capabilities, develops customer and competitive insight, and communicates strategy to executives, the board, employees, and customers. Collaborates with application engineers and product managers to deliver drive-based automation solutions, especially for HVAC-R, cooling, pumping, process automation, water treatment, and industrial machinery applications.

Own the full lifecycle of production classification and detection models, including transformer fine-tuning, entity detection, behavioral risk scoring, training, serving, versioning, evaluation, drift detection, and retraining. Build SageMaker-based ML systems and define output contracts supporting audit and policy enforcement. Lead the evaluation harness and mentor a co-op while operating as the company’s sole ML engineer.

Lead and operate the member support function: manage and develop the support team, handle escalations, oversee multi-channel communications, analyze support metrics and feedback, and implement scalable systems and automation to improve member experience and operational efficiency.

Provides senior technical leadership for coastal restoration projects, including project design, planning, execution, technical deliverables, regulatory submissions, and litigation support. Prepares expert reports and supports testimony in federal and state proceedings. Collaborates across environmental, engineering, and regulatory teams, leads business development and proposals, presents findings to diverse audiences, and mentors technical staff.

Build Zeelo’s next-generation transportation platform across frontend and backend systems. Responsibilities include developing event-driven services with TypeScript, Node.js or Bun, AWS serverless technologies, type-safe APIs, React interfaces, infrastructure-as-code with Pulumi, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and performance improvements. The role requires end-to-end software product development experience and contributes to scalable, modular architecture.
