The Plant Controller manages financial accounting for the plant, conducts variance analysis, oversees financial audits, and supports inventory and expense analysis while ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Manage commercial contract lifecycles, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and recordkeeping. Support corporate governance, regulatory inquiries, intellectual property licensing and enforcement, registry matters, grievance processes, litigation, and legal operations.
