Lead and grow an automation engineering team to drive a manual-to-automation transformation. Architect scalable test frameworks (web, API, mobile, Salesforce), integrate CI/CD and containerized test environments, manage offshore resources, and report quality metrics to stakeholders while improving coverage, speed, and automation ROI.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and professional roles: source candidates, review resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, assist with offers, pre-employment screenings, onboarding, hiring manager partnership, employer branding, and recruiting events.

Designs board- and committee-level presentations, conducts ad-hoc and strategic capital markets analysis, oversees advance rate setting, produces Tableau/CDR reports, tests system enhancements, recommends process improvements, and supports risk assessments, EUC and business continuity planning while coordinating with Risk, Finance, and Member Services to ensure controls and compliance.

Design, implement, and manage scalable services on hybrid cloud using Kubernetes/Docker. Improve build and dependency tools (CMake, Buck2), optimize CI/CD, and ensure resilient, secure infrastructure. Support development teams by automating workflows and building tools for exchange simulators and high-frequency trading systems.

Support and improve production off-highway cab products by implementing engineering changes, creating/modifying 3D models and 2D drawings, maintaining BOMs, resolving production issues, executing 8D corrective actions, and collaborating with Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Global Engineering to optimize manufacturability, cost, and product safety.

Coordinate and deliver technical and non-technical IT projects by creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation; monitor risks, issues, quality, and dependencies; manage resources and stakeholders; provide status reports, dashboards, and KPIs; apply PM methodologies and improve PMO standards, processes, and tooling, including automation and AI-assisted capabilities.

Lead technical design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions (generative AI, RAG, agentic AI, predictive models). Own architecture, deployment, responsible AI standards, vendor evaluations, prototyping, CI/CD/LLMOps, monitoring, and mentor engineers while aligning solutions to business outcomes and regulatory best practices.
